She creates a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences and build meaningful, lasting change. Her approach is integrative and evidence-based, incorporating Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Person-Centered Therapy, trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and somatic techniques to support emotional resilience and practical coping skills.

Meredyth is a Registered Psychotherapist offering trauma-informed therapy for children, teens, adults, and families. She supports clients with anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotional regulation, and relationship challenges, using her background in Counselling Psychology and Child Studies to provide a supportive and collaborative approach.

In addition to her clinical work, Meredyth spent 2.5 years as a Child and Youth Counsellor at an emergency shelter, providing support to women and children affected by domestic and intimate partner violence. Meredyth’s approach is trauma-informed, which means she prioritizes building trust, creating a sense of safety, and moving at a pace that feels right for you.

Drawing from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Attachment-Based Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Meredyth works collaboratively to build practical skills, deepen self-understanding, strengthen relationships, and support lasting emotional well-being. Wendy Gamblen, RD, CDE Registered Dietitian & Certified Diabetes Educator

Wendy is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator with more than 20 years of experience helping individuals and families achieve their health goals through evidence-based nutrition care. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario and completed her dietetic internship at Hamilton Health Sciences.

Throughout her career, Wendy has worked with patients across the lifespan—from infants and children to adults and older adults—providing personalized nutrition support tailored to each stage of life. She has extensive experience in medical nutrition therapy and helping individuals manage a wide range of health conditions, including diabetes, cardiovascular disease, digestive concerns, weight management challenges, and other chronic health conditions.

Wendy is passionate about making nutrition practical, achievable, and sustainable. Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on helping patients build healthy habits that fit their lifestyle while supporting their long-term health and well-being.

Outside of the clinic, Wendy enjoys staying active through running, cycling, and fitness classes. A lifelong sports enthusiast, she has played competitive women’s hockey and continues to embrace an active lifestyle. She is also a devoted mother of two and treasures spending time with her family.
